  Although we booked this hotel we ended up in Il Burchiello across the street. For that hotel I can say that the receptionist spoke English well, the room was quite comfortable and clean. Bathroom was of decent size. Breakfast was standard continental. In my opinion not really a 4 - star hotel but definitely value for money.   We came just for one night to visit Venice. The bus station to Venice is right front of hotel and they sold us the bus tickets on the reception which was great. It took about 25 min to get to Venice. The room and bathroom was clean and the breakfest is good. The staff is excellent, the rooms are emaculate. The overall experience was great. We booked an expanded family room and they gave us 2 double rooms. My wife didn't want to leave the hotel it was very nice.

We had a great stay, the staff able to speak English very well, very helpful and explained what we could do in Venice in a day.   An outstandingly warm and friendly welcome, very helpful with tourist information, ultra clean and excellent breakfast. Secure parking and on a main bus route to Venice about 45 min. Duration. Excellent garden area where we could have our meals, owner always provided cutlery, glasses and plates and coffee. We had a great time with other guests and the owner in the evenings after a long day of walking Venice. Highly recommend - Friendly staff, was having the tickets to us for Venice whenever we needed it. Also allowed us to keep the luggage there over time. Breakfast was nice. The owner also organised for us an airport transfer. They were a lovely couple and the place was spotless. Even though they don't speak much English they make a good effort to understand.
