  the Atmosphere in the hotel is perfect - the Hotel is partially an old aquaduct combine with very nice and luxury renovation.   The studio was super clean and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The room as of good size. The location is excellent as there is a free car park with plenty of space just 200m from the apartments and, as Olbia is very small, the main street with restaurants & bars is just around the corner. The interior decor is modern design - feels like home with kitchenette. Great central location - can walk everywhere. Parking available. Quiet. Convenient.   The hotel actually looks more like a small town, with its own streets, squares, bars, restaurants, SPA and sport facilities. Excellent service, very good value for money, professional staff. The location may seem a bit far from the city center but it is well connected to it (via public and own transport 10 min), to the beach (own transport, 10 min... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ) and is close to the freeway for all directions, surrounded by mountains and thick vegetation. Facilities well maintained. Free internet and parking. - - Excellent cleanless - playground for kids - spa - staff - Free fresh Cappuccinos in the morning - excellent location (traveled with car) i.e. city centre 7 min, brilliant Pittulungu beach 5 min, costa smeralda 15 min, San Teodoro 25 min, airport 15 min, shopping centre 7 min etc. - swimming pools (all) including side pool - room service - room standard - 2 children stayed for free - quiet location - free parking - would recommend to anyone - totally inexpensive

  Location is superb with a lovely beach. Garden settings for restaurant and sun baking most attractive. Staff excellent, efficient and friendly with many having more than adequate English skills - Very helpful staff and subsequent up grade to junior suite, which we paid for, achieved the sea view wanted.
