  the staff were very helpful and friendly . breakfast was buffet with a large choice of hot and cold food to suit everyone.the evening meal was very good every time. the rest of the hotel was up to the normal hilton standard - A 10 minutes walk into town, near the sea.   Great value for money and walking distance to airport. Very modern furnished. Staff in reception desk very friendly and solved an issue very professional and efficient especially since caused by us at time of booking and we ended up with 3 beds instead of 4. - The very friendly staff, the colors and nice furnitures, the breakfast. Wonderful hotel... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ! And the possibility to use the outdoor facilities/ the pool at the day of leaving and also that we could take a shower in the afternoon before the flight.   The hotel actually looks more like a small town, with its own streets, squares, bars, restaurants, SPA and sport facilities. Excellent service, very good value for money, professional staff. The location may seem a bit far from the city center but it is well connected to it (via public and own transport 10 min), to the beach (own transport, 10 min... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ) and is close to the freeway for all directions, surrounded by mountains and thick vegetation. Facilities well maintained. Free internet and parking. - - Excellent cleanless - playground for kids - spa - staff - Free fresh Cappuccinos in the morning - excellent location (traveled with car) i.e. city centre 7 min, brilliant Pittulungu beach 5 min, costa smeralda 15 min, San Teodoro 25 min, airport 15 min, shopping centre 7 min etc. - swimming pools (all) including side pool - room service - room standard - 2 children stayed for free - quiet location - free parking - would recommend to anyone - totally inexpensive

Staff excellent, efficient and friendly with many having more than adequate English skills - Very helpful staff and subsequent up grade to junior suite, which we paid for, achieved the sea view wanted.

  Helpfull and very polite staff. We forgot few personal belongings, staff called us and at the end of our vocation a week later we pick them up at the hotel. - For 1-2 nights to get around the city or the nearby beaches, you cannot go wrong. Great staff. VERY nicely priced!
