  It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

  There was a Filipino staff named Karen and I thought that she was very accommodating. On our date of departure, we wanted to take a cab to the airport, though there was a luxury taxi provided by their hotel, she honestly recommended to me and volunteered to get a metered taxi to save money. Really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in a nice area of town, well connected to public transportation but in 10 minutes you can walk to Corso Buenos Aires shopping area. Oasi gives you really good value for your money. A big plus is the included breakfast, several things to choose from.

  The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful! I use a buggy so it was brilliant as the Hotel is in the Galleria. - I like very much your hotel because it is elegant, not too large and privately owned, quiet and exactly in the centre of Milano, the town where I was born many many years ago.   This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. My friend got her passport stolen and this guys... mitä ihmiset sanovat » just did everything possible to help, find consulate numbers, allow us to use the phone, in one word extremely helpful. - The room and the bathroom were very big, with facilities. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.

  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.
