  We stayed in this hotel for one night as an alternative to staying in the much more expensive Venice. The hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Mestre station from which the trains into Venice are regular and only about 1.5 euros each way. The room was a decent size and clean, as was the bathroom. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.

  It's very good positioned - the bus station is at 50 m, can take to Venice in max. 15 minutes. Also is close to a shopping area and restaurants area - cheaper than in Venice but great cusine! Clean and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay very much. It was just what a young couple on a budget needs.   I liked staying in Mestre. It was quiet and only a 15 to 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The bus runs quite late and is only a block and a half from the hotel. (#2 bus on via Piave) The building was secure and the neighbourhood felt safe. The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We spilled coffee over the bedclothes right down to the mattress. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. He came up and changed all the bedding and washed the bed! The place was cleaned every day. Location was alos very good. Near bus stop and train station with good access to Venice, Verona, Padua, etc. Free safe and wi-fi and good security for the block.
