  We loved the fact that is was an older Villa, just outside of the city center. Very Charming with a wonderful selection of breakfast items. A bit worn around the edges, but with a lot of character and charm. Large warm pool in a big, lush garden setting. Option to eat outdoors at each meal which we did. The room was a good size, excellent bed and the bathroom was modern with a nice bath. The oublic areas, bar and lounges were inviting and the staff were vey attentive. Overall it was fantastic.

  Easy to find when travelling from Pisa by car, well located and with a spacious car park. Bedroom good quality. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the quality was good.
