This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. The room (our was named on Mozart:) was also perfect-nice decorated, clean and convenient, large comfortable bed and the shower in the bathroom was real pleasure. Perfect breakfast with very good lavazza cappuccino. Excelent service! We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it .

Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too. Amazing villa to stay at Lucca. Conveniently located in residential area, outside the city wall, but within 5-7 minutes by foot. Good infrastructure around, pastry shops next door. Just renovated, comfortable and elegant furnitured, whirpool area, terrace and cozy yard. Extremly helpfull and pleasant staff. Greetings to Patrizia and Anna. Highly recommended. An absolute gem of a B&B. Wish we had stayed more than one night. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. The room was perfect! It was about a 8 minute walk to the city walls, but worth it! They even let us leave our auto in the parking lot after we checked out. Great breakfast and wi-fi. The Piccolo Ritz is a 10 min walk from the town walls but we feel it's worth every step. Had two wonderful nights and we cannot praise this B & B enough. Anna was wonderful. Always friendly and cheerful and provided all the information we needed a very enjoyable break. On site bicycle hire a real bonus!. Hotel was absolutely fabulous, lovely rooms and really reasonably priced. So nice I was worried that the price was per person and not per room until we paid the bill! Staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great time there and they were very patient with my 3 small children. I give the rate +11 in the scale of 10... It was one of the best our places ever we had been. Thanks to the management and the very friendly staff. If we will be at this place we will be sure at Piccolo Ritz again. Thank you, thank you, thank you... The owner and her son were extremely helpful, gave good advice on restaurants, etc., and gave me an orientation tour. Parking is free with an easy walk to old town and the wall. The Puccini Suite is super. Great value for money. Everything was good! We are very thankful to Anna for being very helpful to us. The single room was tiny but beautiful and the dinning room was elegantly decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely B&B with very friendly and efficient staff. Around 5 minutes walk to the entrance Santa Anna in the wall of Lucca. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our one night there. Perfect location within walking distant of the walls of Lucca. Local eating in the evening is not really an option.It is about 10 minutes walk outside the walls, though there is a bus service and tickets can be bought at reception there are no late buses. It would be good if a kettle and cups could be made available in the breakfast area or rooms for a late evening hot drink. Tiny single room, should take Classic one even for single use. nothing, wonderful place, and I suggest to everybody who can be there. Nothing to dislike at all. I would have liked a variety of fresh fruits for breakfast. Nothing to dislike. The beds are really (a bit to) hard. It's more like a hotel/guesthouse then a B&B. There was nothing to dislike. We loved everything. Nothiing.
