One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Because it is a no-smoking hotel there was no hint of that horrible stale smoke smell one so often gets in other hotels. -

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help. Hotel is very nice and clean. Great location in Trepalle and perfect for ski beginners. Ski pist is just across the road. Everything was perfect, got a free upgrade to better and bigger room. Breakfasts are nice and tasty and the restaurant for evening meals was also good. Lifts are close, you can reach one by foot, others by short trip on a free ski-bus. -
