They helped me with emails and general information about local sights and transport. A very nice hotel and near to the station which was very convenient - Perfect location for the station and old city. The rooms are apartments finished to a high standard, but are not part of a hotel, but that did not bother us. We only needed to stay for one night, but would have stayed for longer.
