The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini.   Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old- style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Lots of cafes to choose from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there simply delicious! - The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared!   This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Rome (15 minutes walk to Termini, 5 minutes walk to Manzoni or Vittorio Emanuele subway stations). Actually, we have not used subway or buses to get to any main attractions. Also there are plenty of cafes nearby (including perfect coffee shop Ciamei just across the street). The hotel is located on the first floor of res - The owner Max is just a straight up nice guy, always providing great service and recommendations, to the point of making dinner reservations for us. The location is interesting as the place can be hard to find, though it is close to Termini Station and the Manzoni Metro Station. The decor of vintage movie posters....well, you'll either love it, or it may just be a bit too much for you. The room we had was comfortable.
