  The position is excellent. On the fourth floor of a substantial palazzio gives the hotel an authentic feel. The manager was very welcoming. The rooms were large, well appointed and the verandah was special for a private breakfast or evening drink. An oasis of privacy after battling the tourist hoards - The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.

  Pasquale was amazing, very helpful and with any request. He even let us keep our bags there after checkout while we wandered around Rome for a few hours since our flight wasnt till later that day. Organized our taxi service to and from the Airport which was a huge stress relief since I'm far from fluent in Italian. Lovely apartment in the safe and convenient location in Rome. It was busy during the day but quite at night. The taxi stand and Metro station were very close. So was the grocery store. We will stay here again.

  I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!
