Standard Italian breakfast with lovely croissants, ask for a fresh coffee, not from the machine. We asked for first floor rooms and got them.   Location is perfect: 5 minute walk to St. Peter's square, 15 minutes to Piazza Navona. Plenty of buses nearby (23, 40, 62, 271, 982), including all the sightseeing buses. It was the best place to return to after a very tiring day walking all around the Rome. Last but not least it was located in a very nice and safe place. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean with a nice sized bathroom.

  The fact that it's near the railway station but not one of the railway station hotels. It's hidden away, very quiet and has a fantastic elevator and outside sitting space. The staff is friendly, funny and genuinely nice. The daytime desk manager was fantastic! He was so helpful with what to do and where to go. I even walked from the hotel to the Forum and Colosseum. Took about 20 minutes but not a bad walk. Hotel is also close to great shopping and restaurants. There is a little pizza place down the street that serves pizza and a drink for 3.50 Euros! I would stay here again!!
