  Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect. We had a sh... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ared bathroom which I was anxious about but there are simply 2 normal bathrooms in the hallway about 5 steps from our room, both of which had nice hot - The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

  Mario was very helpful and a great host. When we arrived we were worried about parking as we didn't want to pay over €15 per day. He jumped in the car when we arrived and helped us find a parking space nearby. It cost €8-9 pd, just put in coins until the next day appears as it gives a discount rate of if you spend over €4.   My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood.   My friends and I travelled 5 cities in Europe in July 2013. Our first stop was Rome. I had previously booked a hotel in the Vatican city, but decided to move it due to location. Cenci B&B has a great location as it is so close to the main attractions, shops and little streets restaurants, Trevi Fountain is literally a 2 minutes walk. Although the - Cencil B&B is very central, making it convenient to walk to most places of interest. It is extremely clean, which I am very particular about in any place I stay. The rooms are very comfortable with amenities provided and a good choice of food is made available for breakfast. Airport transfer by cab will be arranged by the staff if requested. The staff are extremely helpful & I would recommend the place to any tourist.
