  Hotel Paradise is located in a calm part of Rome at about 50m from Lepanto Subway station! It makes trip very very easy and fast to the city center... (less than 10 min in metro). The staff was particularly nice and spoke many languages. - We did stay one week in this Hotel Paradise. Location was really great, metro station was 50 meters away and to Vatican you walked in 20-30 minutes. Hotel Paradise is not to people who needs private showers or toilets (they were in a corridor), but to us it didn't matter. When does compare price and quality, I give 5 stars.

  More than excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in the historical centre of Rome and in a 5 minute walk to the Vatican. It is situated in a quiet street and it is adjacent to Via De Coronari which is a street full of antique shops and lovely cafes. The breakfast is served in a cafe just opposite the hotel and the staff are friendly, too. The rooms were very clean, just perfe - The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   Perfect location - quiet (especially for Rome), however very easy to get to and to reach any tourist attraction by Metro in minutes, nice neighborhood with shopping facilities, restaurants in a 5 minutes walk etc..   Our "room" was in fact a bedroom, a toilet and a big bathroom and as the other room was unoccupied we had the rest of the appartment (a nice kitchen)to ourselves -- luxury.   B&B Santiago Quattro Al Colosseo is about a mile or so or a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Termini train station. My mom and I did not yet know the bus system so we decided to walk. When I booked, I told the hotel that we would arrive between 3 or 4pm. We got there right at three but there was no one around to buzz us in. He owns 2 or 3 other hotels and a resteraunt in the area and has to speed back and forth all - The owner of the BB Fabrizio is a great guy, polite, nice.
