  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. It is our go to place for all Rome trips. - It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.
