  The location is excelent, 5 minutes walking to Arena. The rooms are big and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpfull. A problem: room nr.1 is very close to the kitchen, so if there's some activity you will hear everything. But the owner was nice and changed our room after one night.   We loved the a/c since it was 90 degrees while we were there! The young man, Michelle, at the desk during the day was extremely helpful "You have only to ask" he once said to us.
