  Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby.   Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  Le Terrazze is about 7 min walk from the train station Appiano, which you will arrive at coming from Fuimicino Airport. It is 15 min walk to the Vatican Museum and Cipro Metro station (which is a few stops away from Spagna) There is an ice cream as well as a pizza shop 3 min walk away where I visited a couple of times. I feel safe in the area walking alone and I would recommend it to solo t - Madam Anna is very friendly, generous, helpful and open hearted. Though my room was pretty small even for one bed it served me well with all I needed and it was always clean. The location is also very good if you don't mind to take a short walk to the city.

The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.

For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way.
