  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. The bathrooms were new and spacious as was the room itself. The staff went out of their way to recommend and make reserrvations at local restaurants and assisted with luggage.   R.P.S. was an amazing hotel. We were treated well (free room upgrade), the room was beautiful, modern and warm which was perfect since we were there in the winter and it was *cold*. Beautiful location right in the heart of Piazza Veccio which has several attractive sights including one of the David statue replicas and The Rape also the Pitti Pala... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ce. Good food and restaurants nearby. - Loved everything - location especially, definitely the best we had in Europe. Close to everything and I also really liked the code needed to enter the building, made me feel safe and secure. With relation to the staff, Rosa in particular went out of her way for us several times.

  This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence. Very close to sight seeing, shopping, river etc. The room was well designed with everything one would need including a small safe, it was very clean and the facilities were everything that I needed.   We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night.   We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us we were on our honeymoon. Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.
