  Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

  Great little hotel in the centre of Rome; very handy location, we walked to everything, even over to the Vatican which was only an hour or so. Lots of good restaurants only a couple of minutes away as you head towards the Trevi fountain. Staff were very good & explained everything. Nice breakfast with fre - location is perfect, close to metro stop and close to tourist attractions especially fontana di trevi. the room and bathroom is really spacious. the bed and the pillows are super comfortable. the design of the apartment is really modern and unique. they have a single big breakfast table so you can get to know other tenants and make new friends. there is a mirror on the bedroom ceiling, either you will love it or you will hate it, but we liked it.

  The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella, cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away your dishes when done. We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations.   The beautiful design and attention to detail added to the overall experience. The facilities are excellent including a huge, fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a busy pedestrian shopping street it was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful.
