  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The location is fantastic,50 meters from Collosseo, the facilities are basic but you don't need more for a sho - Everything was perfect! the staff was very hepfull and the trasportation that the hotel arranged was very convenience.   Luiguia our host was so helpful with arranging airport pick up and printing our travel documents. We rented a room in the appartment and loved that we had use of a shared kitchen and living room.   We stayed there for a week in the end of October 2013. The room is clean and comfortable, there is all facilities. Everything is new. We had the room with the balcony which is on the silence street. The staff is really helpful. We had the late flight and came only at 12 p.m. It was so nice to meet us at the bus stop because it could be unreal to... mitä ihmiset sanovat » get to B&B at night on foot. Thanks Franz for everything. There is the breakfast in the morning. The location is in 500 m from Vatican. If you w - The b&b just openend so everything is new. We liked the owner, he is very informal and helpfull. There is a trainstation nearby (5 minute walk), which is good for reaching the B&B at arrival and go to the colloseum. For seeing the rest of the city, we never used it. St Pieter square is 15 minute walk. Nearest metro station 25 minute walk. There is a bus for reaching the rest of the city, but we never used it and did most of the sightseeing by foot.
