  Air-conditioned, we had a nice small green private yard-patio, large bed, very clean and the staff is very helpful, located right at the entrance to the Roman Forum, 5 min walk to Colosseo, 15 min walk to Pantheon, 10 min walk to the shopping street Via del Corso, breakfast at a nice roof patio with a beautiful view - Excellent location.   Huone oli siisti ja hyvin tilava. Plussaa kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta! Aamupala oli mielestäni oikein hyvä, vaikka tuorejuttuja oli melko vähän. Tämä ei kuitenkaa muutaman päivän aikana haitannut. - Hotellin sijainti erinomainen.

We really enjoy our holiday there. the biggest surprise was last night: when we get back to the room after daily walk, there was a bottle of а chilled champagne - it was wonderful surprise. we will recommend the hotel to our friends. - They are very clean and kind.   Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay. We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us. Excellent wifi connection. Rooms are exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises! The B&B guests have 10% discount at San Pietrini's restaurant (cash... mitä ihmiset sanovat » payment). I definitely recommend this place! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, efficient and only 2 euros more than taxi. Fasten you - The room is relatively a smalll one but very confortable. The services have been very, very friendly , in time , impeccables , admirables ,... Difficult for us to find a word or an expression , which may show our deep feelings and thanks for the warmth we have received all along , during our stay from Irina.   My husband and I stayed here three nights during our visit to Rome. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Overall, a wonderful place to rest after traipsing over Rome. - Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.
