  Great little hotel - I have stayed here several times and enjoy it a lot. It is simple but very clean, very comfortable.   Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need.   The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Even though the breakfast room is a shoebox size, we never had to wait for our t - Stayed for 2 nights and the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.
