  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.

  Erittäin mukava henkilökunta neuvoi kaikessa! Vaivaton ja sujuva käynti kokonaisuudessaan. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta hyvin kuvia vastaava. Peilit toi paljon lisää tilaa. Kylppäri oli iso ja hieno! Avain "piti" jättää respaan aina kun lähti ulos, mikä osoittaitui todella toimivaksi käytännöksi. Respa oli 24h auki.   Very convenient to Rome Termini train station, an easy walk of about 3 blocks. Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.
