  The location was excellent! right next to the Spanish Stairs - close to everything and a beautiful place. Even when we got back from a party at night - this area felt really safe. The owner of the hotel, Mauro, was very kind and helpful, if you are not sure of what to do or where to eat - he is the man to ask. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
