The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. - Convenience and location were the best attributes here!   Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep.
