  The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath. They we really polite and friendly. the location is 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini also every day when we came to the hotel, we found our room clean. Cleanness is very important for us so we really recommend you to stay there. - Good rooms and nice friendly staff

  The owner Massimo was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The place was furnished with warm and welcoming decor - a relief after an exhausting commute. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and location was a short 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Breakfast was simple but for me only the espresso machi... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ne mattered! Would recommend this place to anyone who's on a stricter budget but still want a nice place to stay. - An appartment converted into 4 separate rooms, with 2 bathrooms. Free parking is possible in the streats around the building (maybe 5 min walk). 10 min walk to the Colosseum and to the closest metro station. Free WI-FI was excelent. The owner Massiomo is a very nice guy. Good value for money!
