This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Stayed in the Aladino Inn for seven days and can only say that this is a very good hotel for the money. The staff are extremely friendly and will give you all their time to please you, also their english is very good and I had no problems communicating to them considering I know no italian. We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.
