It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  Excellent location (right next to Termini railway station)...short walking distance from main city-center. The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room.   This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
