  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  Pretty much liked the rooms and the facilities in general. Buffet breakfast was not too bad either. Excellent value for money. It takes about 25-30 min by bus to get to the nearest metro station and Varican. On the other hand the metro system in Rome is not that extensive, there are only two lines, so most of the people have to travel by busses a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nd trams a lot more on every day basis. Moreover, busses are very reliable - during the day they pass with exactly 20 min interval. Overall, left with - I've encountered some problems during my stay in this hotel, however, their manager responded decently. I really appreciate the gentleman's great work. I would come back and recommend this hotel to my friends. It is a little far from the city center, about 20ish minutes to Vatican by bus. However, it is still convenient to take bus 32 to go to Vatican. The bus station is 300 meters away from the hotel. I only spent a couple of minutes to wait for the bus coming during my three days' visit.
