Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and
helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit
card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I
thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very
patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is
just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted

The hostel owners and daniela were the most friendliest staff i have ever met. And i have been to many hostels but they never meet up to this one. She treated me and my romates like family, we hung out together and the whole experience was unforgettable. The rooms were clean and cosy and although the hostel is not so easy to find at first, it is actually easy. U just get off at loreto station andthe hostel is just 5mins walk. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously. I felt safe here and

Very close for the subway, very friendly stuff ( the guy who was there on the 29.11 was very friendly and helped us a lot with advises about supermarkets, what places to visit, etc, he helped us with our luggage, he even opened our bottle of wine :), very supportive), the room was cleaned every day. -
