  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Communal areas were pristine. Thanks - What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.
