The New Inn was the perfect choice for staying in a central location in Rome. The "hotel" is located on the third floor (accessible via and elevator when one has luggage to consider). The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia.
There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.

Not a five star but the staff clean it every day,even bathroom and make your beds, the brekfast ticket given is for a restaurant literally around the corner and worth it. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -

A very clean, nicely decorated place to stay away from the street noise. The owners are super friendly and we didn't have any problems communicating in spite of the fact that their English wasn't that great.
Even though breakfast wasn't big enough for me, it was homemade and tasting really delicious!
It's very close to the Termini Station and if you like walking, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and about 30 minutes to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps.
