  Hotel was perfect for our two nights going sightseeing in Rome. We had great help in checking in early and was received very friendly and professional. Room was perfectly modern and kept clean. Small services as recommending restaurants, city map and free water was all small things to make the stay very pleasureable.   Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  I stayed there for three nights with my wife and daughter. The location is perfect as it is only 10min walk to Termini which is the main tube/train station. Also, Rafael was very nice and provided useful information on the sites to visit. What we like the most was that the room was clean, tidy and just perfect for the three of us. A tip of advise on the restaurants near the B&B are Bar Florans (or something similar as I don't r - Perfect location, 3 minutes by foot from Termini Station. Very friendly manager, gave us perfect advice on historical sites and city tours. The room was very clean and had everything you need (e.g. flat TV, private bath, WiFi, comfy bed, etc.). The breakfast was in a charming coffee shop nearby. I would totally recommend it.
