  Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They provided access to luggage storage on our departure day.   The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day.   Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture.   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner.   Everything was perfect. From the moment you walked into the door to the moment we walked out. Marco was fantastic. He spent time going through with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and
