  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great.   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.   Roberta, great location. One block from the Vatican. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Safe, great little restaurants. Nice little coffee shop right a cross the street.   Via Ottaviano 9 is a 5 minute walk from Ottaviano metro stop and Musei Vaticani. Francesco and Angela were very helpful and cordial. I appreciated both their patience and promptness. The B&B itself is also pretty close to the Vatican Museum, actually you can see the wall of Vatican at the street. The staff there is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfort.

Restaurants in the immediate area are very reasonable and I would recommend any fish dishes on any of the menus. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!).
