  The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The bathroom was large with a rainforest sh - The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new.   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.   The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and connecting with the Hop On Hop Off buses (both were just a liesurely 10 minute walk. Marco's little welocme basket was really apprerciated - I really liked the location, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The apartment was as great as expected, had wifi, felt like home.

  We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  The suite is very close to the Vatican and the Metro and ideal for travel to all the tourist sites. Restaurants in the immediate area are very reasonable and I would recommend any fish dishes on any of the menus.   My husband and I stayed here three nights during our visit to Rome. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.
