  Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great.   Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it.
