Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.

The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable.
The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt).
The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

Betta was extreamely warm and a perfect hostess. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

We managed to get the room with the four-poster bed in, which was of a great size and had a nice en-suite. Florence is very expensive, over-priced for accommodation in my opinion. However, this B&B, at just over £90 per night, was good value for money compared to lots in Florence.
