  The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality. The coffee machine is not the best, ask for a proper one from the two ladies always attending the breakfast. - We found the staff very friendly and eager to oblige and made us feel very comfortable.   The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath.
