This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)---- Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

  We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive

  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.   Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.
