  Antonio is very attentious. The rooms are very confortable. Also location near tometro Bologna. Try the food on Meeting point bar, at Piazza Bologna. Good and unexpensive. - Nice hotel in a good location, only a short walk to the metro, made exploring Rome really easy.

  Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening.   Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. The hotel is easy to find between two metro stops, Bologna (3 stops from Termini) and Tiburtina. Very near the hotel there is an excellent, cheap gelateria - In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and around you have many shops and a supermarket.

  - The location is great. The bus stop is 5 mins away and the bus 60 gets you to Plaza Venezia, few mins away from Colosseum. The public transport in Rome is excellent, its pure easy to find your way around the city. There's also a supermarket nearby. - The breakfast is good, you can eat as much as you want. We stayed in a clean, fairly large room and also got breakfast included.   We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away. The room was cleaned everyday. The a/c worke - Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Excellent Hotel for it's price, Great location just less than 5 minutes walk from Termini, Very easy to find! Good Service, We had some requests that the hotel staff directly took care off, without any argues. Clean, Fresh room inkl the bathroom, Breakfast served in the hotel room (which is both a good and a negative thing) and there was a TV, quit... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e needed sometimes.. - We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was central (perhaps not so central as we thought, but central enough), the staff (one man) was reaaallly good! And the breakfast was even more then we had expected! We also enjoyed our room which was very clean and taken care of.
