Lido is SO MUCH quieter than Venice, with a nice sandy public beach just 5 minutes the other direction.   The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.   Great hospitality, very friendly and personal atmosphere! All the staff was very nice and helpful! And Amedeo gave us very useful information about good restaurants and special sights to see! Very clean and quiet room with new refurnishing , perfect breakfast buffet with a big choice of products!   The Staff was very very Helpful and were willing to provide information - Although it is quite basic the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent.

  The location of the hotel was a major advantage - a 10 minute walk away from St Mark's Square, and all the shops that come in between. The staff were really friendly and cooperative. They even agreed to give us a light breakfast meal 45 minutes before it was actually due (we had to check out early). The room was spacious too and people who like th... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e castle/old/medival style hotels will find this one good. - The decor is lovely, it's hidden in a square so it was quiet, air conditioner was on when we arrived, which was great as it was extremely hot weather. Its not far from many good restaurants and the Grand Canal is just a short walk down the alley.Breakfast was simple but good.
