  Excellent new hotel with fluent English-speaking staff only 20-30 mins walk from the town centre. I rang to confirm the address and the receptionist gave clear and concise instructions.   Really excellent, especially when compared with the price; a twenty minute walk form the city centre; good parking place; nice breakfest. Higly recommendable - The front desk staff were all very accomodating and very nice.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was very good.
