She called it "magical map" and truly it was. Although we have to place our luggage to another hotel nearby the next day after check-out, this didn't create any inconvenient as that hotel is nearer to train station.

  The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. Over - We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.
