  My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

  The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.   One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.   We arrived early from our previous hotel and were able to call and get in early. The B&B is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an apartment building. While the room was being prepared, the wonderful manager took out a map of Florence and provided a background to Florentine history/culture, pointed out things not on tourist maps, suggested lu... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nch and dinner options and told us a bit about the area where we were staying, filled with Florentine natives rather than tourists. We'd been to Flore - We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Antonio who was wonderful! He oriented us to Florence, gave us a map, and made recommendations. He also recommended and helped us plan a day trip to Lucca. He helped us find train times and recommended a great restaurant. The room was large enough and each child had their own bed. We liked that fact that is was away from the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. Although the breakfast is mostly sweets, there is a grocery store next to the Ponteveccio,
