  Owner was great, very helpful, makes lovely breakfast and was very welcoming to my dad and invited him onto the balcony for a drink and a chat. Hotel situated on outskirts of Rome but only 15 minutes on the train to colosseum etc. Our room was great, very clean. Atmosphere at breakfast was great (big hello to the polish couple we met!) Fantastic little place, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. - Luigi and Rudi were perfect hosts who explained all we needed to know about Rome. The guest house was clean and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to Rebibia station which connects to central Rome in about 12 minutes. WiFi is free and efficient. Free safe parking was another bonus. A special thanks to Rudi for taking us to a great authentic Rome restaurant

  The staff were really nice. Especially the guy named Simon. We were really late on the day of arrival (about 11 at night)(because the airport was out of electricity). He was waiting us downstairs for hours!!! The room is really comfortable The balcony is really relaxing. And you can see sunset from the balcony!! quite close to the tiburtina train ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » station although no hot food for breakfast, the breads provided were really yummy - Loved the layout of the room and the entrance foyer. The balcony was just the right size for 2 people. Also, you can get a coffee from the machine anytime. The staff tried hard and even sorted out our washing for us.
