  I was welcomed by a lovely brother and sister who ran the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilites including aircon, fridge, hairdryer, wifi and elevator with safe card access.   I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   We staied in this hotel during 5 days. We fast found it, due to previsoly looked trought internet and feedbacks from other people, that the hotel is based on 5th floor in the building. The staff is perfect. The brekfast is ok, tea, coffe, 2 cornetto, jam, bred, jus ( not real). I would reccomend just to add some ham and cheese. Incl breakfast delivered to your room and it is very clean with nice air conditioner! Just a short walk from the room is where you can catch a bus that takes you in one shot to downtown Rome.   The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.
