  Friendliness of staff. All spoke perfect English and very helpful. Nice outdoor area to relax with view of river and nature reserve in what is a busy area. Nice "continental breakfast".   I wanted to rate this apartohotel excellent plus plus but that feature is not available for selction in the site.We had an wonderful stay...excellent room,excellent staff including mr alfred and mr shahbaz,excellent taxi services ..They are always at your help..it is like staying in your home with an extremely helpful neighbour which is rare today... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ...we dropped our keys inside the keyhole and door got locked..they immmediately helped us out with technical staff..when we reached rome there wasa - Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets. The apartments are a little out of the centre of Rome but there's a bus stop very cl

  I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... mitä ihmiset sanovat » on that. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern
