  The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Also we liked that there're two options within one hotel: cheaper as a hostel and more expensive, but comfortable with more privacy and facilities in every room,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » like in a typical hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.

  Evreything was just perfect, I am very happy with my choice.We stayed in the double bedroom apartment.The position is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the subway station, also a very good start for a tour of the ancient attractions of Rome as many touristical objectives are walking distance.The apartment was great, big and spacious... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, bathroom and kitchen, very clean, being cleaned every day and also laying on a quite quiet street in the noisy center of R - We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

  First of all, I'd like to thank the owner, Alice King, for going out of her way on several occasions, first, to check us in late at night (at very short notice) when we could not get an earlier train from Foggia. Then she accommodated our request to have our breakfast given to us before 8:30AM since we'd like to get out much earlier. Alice, the owner, goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home. She even helped us when we had a medical emergency and even offered to drive us to the emergency room (which we luckily didn't have to). There are drinks (water, juice, ice tea) in the refrigerator, coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as fresh fruit in the room every day. Breakfast is toast, cereal and croissants. As - The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.
