  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day.   We liked absolutely everything. Starting of how we were welcomed in reception by a young man; the location, the room itself; very pleasant and humble roomservice man to the moment we were waved goodbye. If we ever go back to Rome, we would like to stay at the same hotel.

  The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. When we stepped of the elevator into the reception area we were greeted with the warmest friendliest staff, always there to help. 24 hours. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna - It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right.
